At the DIRK General Meeting on March 8, 2014 at Bayer AG in Leverkusen, Sandra Tietz and Kerstin Hammann discussed the study “Investors and Supervisory Board in Dialogue”. The study describes the regulatory framework and the implementation of the supervisory board communication in the German capital market by analyzing key elements such as communication channels and the topics discussed. The speakers discussed the challenges that arise from the dialogue between investors and the Supervisory Board and the role that Investor Relations should play in this dialogue.
