Deutsche Börse becomes partner of the Center for Research in Financial Communication, Martin Halusa joins Steering Committee

Deutsche Börse AG becomes a new partner of the Center for Research in Financial Communication. Within the cooperation, Martin Halusa, Head of Media Relations at Deutsche Börse, joins the Steering Committee of the competence center. Further members of the committee are Dr. Robert Vollrath, Deputy Head of Investor Relations for Deutsche Bank Group, Prof. Dr. Bernd Schuppener, Honorary Professor for Communication Management at the University of Leipzig, and Dr. Phoebe Kebbel, Managing Partner at Hering Schuppener Consulting. Prior to joining Deutsche Börse, he was responsible for Media Relations for the corporate customers business of Commerzbank as well as Head of External Communications at Dresdner Bank. Before his time as a spokesperson, Martin was a journalist for 15 years at DIE Welt – with stations in New York, Brussels, Berlin and Bonn. He studies journalism at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität in Munich and the German School of Journalism (DJS). With their in-depth expertise, the Steering Committee supports and advises the research team of the Center for Research in Financial Communication. Its focus of activities is national and international research and teaching projects in the field of financial communication and investor relations – ranging from basic research to applied research with pronounced practical relevance.
