Dr. Stefanie Wettberg is Senior Vice President Investor Relations at BASF SE. She joined the Treasury department of BASF in Ludwigshafen, Germany, in 2003. From 2005 until 2009, she worked as executive staff to the CFO. From 2009 until 2011, she was Vice President of Finance & Controlling at BASF Antwerpen N.V. in Belgium. From 2011 until 2016, she was Vice President Corporate Communications at BASF SE in Ludwigshafen. Stefanie Wettberg studied economics at the University of Heidelberg, where she also worked as an academic assistant before receiving a doctorate in economics.
